Cobram Estate Basil Extra Virgin Olive is crafted from olives grown in Australia’s leading groves on the banks of the Murray River. Each season, selected olives are harvested and pressed within hours to produce the freshest and finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our master blender combines specific olive varieties selected for their light flavours and delicate aromas together with an aromatic Basil oil.  This oil is ideal for salads, drizzled over bruschetta, risotto, pasta and pizza or as a marinade on white meats.

Tasting Notes

This oil has an aromatic bouquet of fresh basil and cut grass that is intertwined with herbaceous aromas. The palate is fresh, clean and creamy with flavours of basil leaves that is balanced by a pleasant peppery finish.
