Cobram Estate rouge red wine vinegar is made using the traditional Orleans Method, a timeless technique of maturing wine in three quarter full barrels. This process allows nature to work wonders, creating vinegar at its own pace, delivering a product of real depth.

A wonderful base for dressings and marinades, and also great for deglazing roasting pans.
